“Every educator has the potential to make a lasting impact. I’m here to help them unlock it!”

For over 20 years, Michelle Hutson-Crawford has been helping early childhood educators build on their strengths and create amazing learning environments. A proud Mississippi native, she was shaped by public schools and received her college degree and a Master’s in Child and Family Studies from the University of Southern Mississippi. Michelle is now taking her passion even further with a Certification in Early Childhood Education Leadership from Harvard University (because why not keep learning?).

Now living in Austin with her partner and their lovable dog, Michelle brings a down-to-earth, strengths-based approach to coaching, mentoring, and professional development. When she’s not working with educators, you can find her reading, baking, volunteering, or soaking up moments with friends and family.

Michelle’s experience, combined with a joyful, collaborative approach, is the foundation of Magnolia Education – helping educators and programs thrive at every stage.

Why Magnolia Education Exists

Child care providers wear many hats – business owner, chef, substitute teacher, nurse, parent liaison, mentor, and more. With so many responsibilities, there simply aren't enough hours in the day to do it all. That's where Magnolia Education comes in.

Studies show that when teachers receive targeted coaching and professional development, children benefit from improved outcomes in areas such as language, social-emotional skills, and cognitive development. High-quality teacher-child interactions are proven to foster better learning environments and prepare children for future academic success.

By partnering with us, you can lighten your load while making an investment in your educators – giving them the tools, training, and ongoing support they need to create meaningful, impactful experiences that drive high-quality outcomes for children. Together, we’ll nurture every child’s limitless potential.
