Howdy, I’m Michelle!
Founder & CEO, Magnolia Education
Helping educators shine has been my passion for over 20 years because I know firsthand the power of a strong foundation in learning. As an early childhood educator, coach, and former Head Start Assistant Director, I believe that when we invest in teachers, we invest in the future. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping educators grow, gain confidence, and create classrooms where young learners thrive.
A proud Mississippi native, I was shaped by public schools and hold a Master’s degree in Child and Family Studies from the University of Southern Mississippi. A lifelong learner, I’m always seeking new ways to grow and support the educators I work with.
Now based in Austin with my partner and our dog, I spend my free time reading, baking, volunteering, and soaking up moments with my favorite people.
